Abbasi One Real Estate advises on Dubai property: buying and selling, leasing and property management, investment positions and development plots. Clients come to us with a decision to make rather than a property to see, and that is the order we work in.
So the first conversation is about what you are trying to achieve — the money, the timing, what the property has to do for you, and what would make it a mistake. What follows is a shortlist built for that, with the reasoning attached and the risks named rather than smoothed over.
Some of that advice is unwelcome. A price that will not be met, a launch worth skipping, a good property that is wrong for you. We would rather say it early than be right about it later.
