Terms of Use

Property and development information published on this site is provided for information. It is not an offer, an invitation to treat, or a representation that any particular property is available on any particular terms. Prices, availability, sizes, service charges, payment terms and handover dates change, and are confirmed in writing at the point of transaction, not by a web page.

We publish a listing once it carries a valid advertising permit and its details have been checked against the source. Where a permit is displayed, it is the permit issued for that advertisement. We do not generate permit numbers, QR codes or reference numbers.

Where we cannot verify something we say so on the page rather than filling the gap. An absence of information is not a statement that the information is favourable.

The assistant on this site is software, not a person, and it does not act as your adviser. It answers from Abbasi One’s own published records and says so when it cannot. It does not provide legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice, and nothing it says is a valuation, a forecast or a guarantee of any return.

Do not send confidential information through it. Anything you tell it that we should act on should be confirmed with an adviser by WhatsApp, telephone or the enquiry form.

Developer brochures, floor plans, master plans and payment plans are offered only where Abbasi One holds the right to distribute them. They remain the property of the developer and are provided for your own use in considering a purchase. They may not be redistributed, republished or used commercially.

A document reflects what the developer published at the time it was issued. Where a developer has since changed a specification or a date, the document is not updated by us; ask an adviser for the current position.

The text, design, photography, research and code on this site belong to Abbasi One Real Estate or to its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use our content to build a competing service, or use automated means to extract it in bulk.

Abbasi One’s name and mark may not be used without written permission.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security or its availability; submit false or another person’s details through our forms; use the enquiry forms or the assistant to send unsolicited marketing; or attempt to access anything on this site that is not intended to be public. We apply rate limits and may block access where use appears automated or abusive.

Where we link to a developer, an authority or a publication, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

We take reasonable care over what we publish, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from the site being unavailable, or from any error or omission in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

This does not affect any separate written agreement between you and Abbasi One Real Estate for advisory or brokerage services, which sets out the obligations we owe you in that engagement.

We may amend these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
