Enquiries. When you submit an enquiry, request a document, ask us to value a property or ask to be contacted, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, and — where you provide them — your telephone or WhatsApp number, your message, and the details you choose to give about what you are looking for, such as a budget range, a community, a property type or a timeframe. Nothing on any form is required except your name, your email address and your consent.

How you found us. With an enquiry we record the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the referring website if your browser sent one, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. These tell us which of our own pages are useful. They are recorded as received and nothing is inferred from them.

Documents. When you open a developer brochure, floor plan or payment plan, you are asked once for a first name and the kind of buyer you are. That is held in your own browser for a few hours so you are not asked again for every file, and it is cleared when you close the tab or press the control we provide to forget it.

Ask Abbasi One. Questions you type into the assistant are sent to our server so they can be answered. What you type is not written to our logs. If you tell the assistant your name or number so an adviser can call you, that is held for the length of the conversation and treated like any other enquiry.

We do not set cookies. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels. We do not fingerprint your device, build a profile of you from your browsing, buy personal data, or sell or rent yours to anybody.

We do not store your IP address. To stop automated abuse of our forms we convert it into a one-way salted hash which cannot be turned back into an address, count requests against it for a short window, and discard it.

No web analytics product is currently connected to this site. If one is added, this policy will be updated before it is switched on and it will not be one that tracks you across other websites.

To answer you. To send you the material you asked for. To advise you on a purchase, sale, letting or tenancy, and to carry out that instruction if you appoint us. To meet obligations that apply to a licensed brokerage in the UAE, including record-keeping required by RERA and the Dubai Land Department.

We rely on your consent, given by the tick box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you sent us. Marketing consent is separate, never pre-ticked, and never a condition of getting an answer.

Our advisers, and the service providers that operate this website and our systems on our behalf: our hosting provider, and — once connected — the customer-records system in which enquiries are held and the email service that notifies us of them. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We may share information where the law requires it, or where a transaction requires it and you have asked us to proceed — for example with the Dubai Land Department, a developer, a conveyancer or a bank. We tell you when that is the case.

At the date above, no customer-records system and no email provider is connected to this website; an enquiry reaches Abbasi One directly. This paragraph will be updated naming each provider before one is connected.

Our systems may be operated from outside the UAE. Where information is transferred abroad we require the provider to protect it to a standard consistent with UAE data protection law.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to advise you and then for the period our regulatory obligations require. Where the law sets no period, we delete or anonymise records that have had no activity for two years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, withdraw consent, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Withdrawing marketing consent takes effect immediately and does not affect an enquiry already in progress.

Write to ceo@abbasione.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
