How we work
Advisory first. The transaction is the outcome of the advice, not the other way round.
01
Buyer representation
Sourcing against a brief rather than a wish list, inspection, negotiation, and the transfer itself — including the costs that only surface at the DLD counter.
- Brief and shortlist
- Inspection and due diligence
- Negotiation
- Transfer and handover
02
Off-plan and investment
Assessing launches on the three things that decide the outcome: the developer’s delivery record, the payment terms, and the handover date.
- Developer assessment
- Payment plan analysis
- Launch access
- Resale timing
03
Seller advisory
Pricing strategy grounded in comparable evidence, marketing that reaches the buyers who exist for your property, and negotiation on your side of the table.
- Pricing strategy
- Marketing
- Offer handling
- Transfer management
04
Leasing and property management
Landlord and tenant representation, Ejari registration, and running the tenancy afterwards — inspections, renewals, maintenance and the calls you would rather not field, particularly if you are not in the country.
- Tenant sourcing and vetting
- Ejari registration
- Rent collection and renewals
- Maintenance and inspections
05
Portfolio advisory
For owners with more than one property: yield review, holding strategy, and rebalancing when a position has done its work.
- Yield review
- Holding strategy
- Rebalancing
- Exit planning
06
Development plots
Residential, commercial and mixed-use land for developers and investors building rather than buying: what a plot permits, what the surrounding pipeline looks like, and what it means for the scheme you have in mind.
- Plot sourcing
- Permitted use and zoning
- Surrounding supply
- Feasibility context
07
Market guidance
What comparable properties have actually transacted at, what is competing with yours right now, and what both mean for the position you are holding or about to take.
- Comparable evidence
- Market context
- Position review
For overseas buyers
Buying from outside the UAE
A great many Dubai purchases are made by people who are not in the country, and the practical questions are the ones that decide whether a purchase is comfortable: viewing remotely and trusting what you are shown, signing without flying in, moving funds, and what ownership does and does not do for residency. Tell us your situation and we will set out how each of those works for you, and say plainly where our remit ends and a lawyer’s, a bank’s or the authorities’ begins.

Not sure which of these you need?
That is usually the right place to start. Tell us the situation and we will point you at the shortest route through it.
