Advice you would give a friend.
Dubai rewards people who understand it and punishes people who are rushed through it. Most buyers meet the market through whoever answers the phone first, and the advice they get is shaped by what that person happens to be selling that week.
Abbasi One was built to work the other way round: understand what someone is actually trying to achieve, tell them plainly what the market will and will not do for it, and bring them the property that fits — including when that means telling them to wait.
It is a slower way to work and it is the only version I would want on the other side of the table.
